• Aaron is preparing the Special-Use-Permit for INDY Parks

• Aaron will be the official event coordinator! 
• On the weekend of July 27, 28 I will begin recruiting "day-of-event volunteers" at Northview Christian Life for the Brookside Celebration in the Park
• We should plan for 800-1000 near eastside residents to attend this event; Free Hamburgers, hotdogs, and beans will be available
• The event will start at 10:30am; Set-up will begin at 8:30am (should it be eariler?)
• We should create a layout of where activities will take place during the event
• Talk to your family, friends, and neighbors about our event
• Potential participating organization TGI Healthworks will be in Indianapolis on July 9th and wants to have lunch
• Will our police officers do traffic control?
